To help plan outdoor activities like hiking, hunting, fishing, and photography, this app shows the current position of the sun and moon in the sky. The time slider lets you animate the sun and moon to see where they will be at any hour of the day.

The app also lets you calculate the position of the sun and moon, their sunrise and sunset times for any location and any day, as well as the sunset time at sea and the brightness of the moon. If you know the RA and Dec of the stars or planets, you can also enter this information to find their current position in the sky.

You can also choose to create a table predicting sunrise/sunset times and the brightness of the moon or sun over a given period of time.

A compass page is also included to help orient your phone to find the current position of the moon. (The compass page requires your phone to have a magnetic sensor).
