Once the scanned ID card and passport have been processed, a daily folder will be created. This folder contains the central Excel file (with automatic indexing of the extracted metadata), along with passport pictures, ID cards, and other scanned documents (.TIF format). IRISmart Security software identifies machine-readable regions (also known as "MRZ bands") and extracts data they contain (first name, last name, nationality, etc.). This area appears on many official documents to ensure its identity and validity.

With built-in OCR, you can enjoy fast character recognition. No more having to manually enter scanned information! Just use YOUR MOUSE to select the recognized text area and the field will auto-fill the specified information. Export data from documents, such as passports, ID cards and driver's licenses.
