WinDynamicDesktop is open source software that brings the dynamic wallpaper feature from macOS Mojave to Windows 10, 11. Although WinDynamicDesktop was developed primarily for Windows 10, but will run on any version of Windows with .NET Framework 4.5 or later installed. If your .NET Framework version is too old, you can install a newer version.
WinDynamicDesktop allows you to choose an existing theme to use, or you can also import a custom theme or create your own. It will then use your location to set sunrise and sunset times and change your desktop wallpaper accordingly.
If you can allow WinDynamicDesktops to convert your location via the LocationIQ API to latitude and longitude, or the Windows Location API if you grant permission (location data is anonymous and never saved without your consent).
