Real Estate Management 2.01.13

The program is designed primarily for real estate agents and other professionals working in the real estate industry. The program will facilitate regular operations of business records of real estate items for sale or rent, incoming inquiries as well as customer database.

Main features:

Real estate records

• The program allows you to easily add new real estate items. Each item can be classified. The program already includes standard categories, such as apartments, houses, garages. You can change or complete this list. In addition to catalogs, you can save any other type of data about real estate items, including images.

Requests record

• In addition to real estate records, you can keep records of requests forwarded by phone, e-mail or other channels. Each request includes information about who expressed their interest in an item and when. In the items tab, you can view all requests related to this property item.
• A more convenient feature of the program is the option to keep a record of each visit to the property by a potential buyer or renter. The program includes a graphic calendar where you can add all visits, set up all the necessary data. Each visit can have a certain status and (based on this status) be marked with different colors. The colors of the calendar as well as the possible states that you can set yourself. In the categories tab, you can see all the visits related to this property.

Customer profile

• Keeping a profile of your customers, you can put any type of data that can be related to them - assign them a specific role (buyer, supplier, landlord, rent), specify their contact data, add scanned documents, introduce new fields, etc.
