To create a power project with automatic references, there is a component wizard. AE has a library with a number of registered representations, ready to be inserted into a diagram. The library registry is fully customizable and can contain auto names, technical descriptions, functions, manufacturers, and internal codes. Additionally, it is possible to register subcircuits, i.e. circuits that will integrate a larger project, such as a motor starting subcircuit drawing.

ARES Electrical also features automatic generation of lists of materials used, cables/wires, terminals and tags, providing vital information, avoiding manual errors and significantly speeding up the design process .

Projects developed in AE follow the assembly technician from material lists and component specifications, to wire length predictions and conduit sizes, to component locations parts, wire paths and connections between items.

With the wire list created in AE, we will know where the wires originate or connect, thus minimizing many errors in the process of assembling the digital circuit before starting work.
